Can anyone help me with a bulimic diet plan?

Q. Hey everyone. I'm bulimic (sometimes through vomiting, sometimes through fasting or restriction). I keep binge eating so much I am losing control and it's literally controlling every aspect of my life. I've tried therapy, I've tried every diet possible, etc. I can't go to the treatment center right now due to insurance reasons.
Please, if anyone could give me a diet plan to help with bulimia and bingeing that would be appreciated.

A. The best foods are ones that keep you either fullest for longer, eg. three meals a day or six smaller meals throughout the day, decide which one will keep you sated the longest, to avoid binging.

Breakfast - Porridge or a wholemeal bagel with a boiled egg. Eat lots of fruit if not full.
Lunch - Thick Soup with a crusty roll. Natural yoghurt. Fruit.
Cereal bar for snacks. Thick smoothies.
Dinner - Whatever feels most comfortbale for you, but keep it healthy to a degree so if binging does occur, you can at least be consuming something healthy.

How to overcome binge eating disorder?
Q. I am putting on weight fast. I have binge eating disorder. I need to do something about it. I am by no means fat, but I am so unhealthy and so unhappy with my body. I eat all the time, and I can not bring myself to stop. I really need help. It sounds like a joke, not a serious problem, but it is a big problem and it takes over my life. I plan on eating good all day and it never happens. I say I will work out but never do. Where do I begin??? Help me please

A. Binge eating is not about simple dieting. You need to address the source of your anxious or depressed state of mind. Without working through these issues, binge eating will keep coming back. They can be family relational issues or trauma etc. and also work on your eating habits. You need professional help and guidance. It is nearly impossible to overcome on your own. please look into eating disorder centers and get yourself assessed. They will recommend an appropriate treatment and therapy for you. The great thing is that it is curable. But get help as soon as you get. Longer you wait, it will be harder to treat. Insurances also cover eating disorders. Don't be afraid and don't be ashamed! It is NOT your fault!! And you are worth it!

How to start a healthy diet after struggling through an eating disorder?
Q. I've been struggling through a mixture of anorexia and binge eating through 6-7 months, and I've been trying to recover by myself. I also struggle through depression and anxiety, and a couple more issues. I lost around 17-18 pounds, and I'm around 5'5 . My "healthy" calorie view is 700 calories a day. I am exercising, and in fact I started the Insanity workout today. I would want a couple tips on how to recover and how to start a healthy way of losing weight. Thank you! x

A. There is no such thing as a successful diet. Diets do not work because once you stop dieting, you'll gain the weight back. Maintaining a healthy weight requires a lifestyle change. 700 calories a day is grossly under what your body needs. At your height, eating about 1800-2000 calories per day will help your body decide for itself what weight it wants to be at. I have struggled with anorexia for many years, and one of the things they always tell us in treatment is that someone with an eating disorder can never go on a "diet." It will only lead to obsession and restricting. If I were you, and if you truly need to lose some weight, I would seek the help of a dietitian. A dietitian can monitor your weight and give you a safe meal plan. From what I read, what you are doing right now sounds entirely eating disordered and unhealthy.
