Q. like one showing characteristics of each, just at different times? would you treat it the same way you would treat one individually?
A. i think that would be bulimia. people with bulimia don't necessarily purge to compensate for the calories they consume on a binge. bulimics may also restrict, use diuretics or laxatives or compulsively exercise to compensate for calories consumed. this website describes the diagnostic criteria for bulimia if you're interested http://www.clevelandclinicmeded.com/medicalpubs/diseasemanagement/psychiatry/eating-disorders/
I think it would probably be most likely to be treated mostly as bulimia were treated.

what pills can i take to treat my binge eating disorder, depression, laziness and lack of motivation?
Q. I eat alot, binge on junk foods, breads, sweets and fastfood,I am unhappy,I dont take a bath or brush my teeth,I cant sleep well,Im extremely lazy,i dont excerciseI lack motivation in reaching my goals/dreams,and improving myself. Can you suggest any over the counter medication to treat my illness?Dont suggest seeing the dr.cuz i cant afford it.
A. This is NOT the place to ask that kind of stuff....and if you trust someone's advice off here as far as medicine goes, you are really making a stupid move. Talk to a counselor at school...apply for medical assistance....go to a free clinic in your area...but for your own safety....do NOT take any medicine advice off here!
Is there anywhere online that I can read novels about eating disorders?
Q. Is there anywhere that I can read stories about eating disorders. Maybe some long ones. I don't want like informational, medical book stories. I want like something I can get into, that has a plot and what not.
Or maybe a place that I can read new novels online for free.
Anything like that would be swell thanks

How to treat binge eating disorder?
Q. I can't stop binge eating, PLEASE HELP.
A. i totally know what your going through. what i've been told to do to stop binge eating is:
Chew gum, and promise yourself not to have another bite in twenty minutes (that's how long it takes for your brain to tell you its full) i have the same problem, if you need a friend, i'm here;)

I used to binge eat, not so i was massively overweight, but i would gain about 2-3 kilos here & there. What seems to work for me is that i DON'T stop myself from eating junk food, cos that tends to be what i binge on eventually! I think the trick is to get yourself into a routine, i have a desk job, which also doesnt help my waistline, especially since i work 10-12 hr days 6 days a week! Because i sit at my desk most of the day, i only eat small amounts of food, & only when i'm hungry. I eat a small bowl of cereal every morning before work (around 8am) then i eat a piece of fruit (apple usually, or a banana) at around 10-11am, then i have a small tin of tuna at around 1-2pm, then another piece of fruit in the arvo around 3-4pm, then dinner whenever i get home. My trick is to eat a snack bar, with chocolate or whatever junk in it, right after my lunch (tuna), & then i am satisfied, my appetite and also my craving for junk food are both satisfied, & yet i only eat a small bar, but its enough to curb any junk food cravings. One bar a day is my junk food, & it works, cos lately i've actually lost weight about 2 kilos, just by sticking to this eating plan! I also drink lots of water, it also helps with losing weight, & is good to be hydrated. I think portion control is a good idea if you have a sedentary-type job like i do, especially if you dont get much time to exercise.
