What's the fastest way to lose 20lbs?

Q. Please no links to a diet plan that costs money. I'm 15, I weigh 130, and I need to weigh 110.
Any tips? I'm open to starvation so if you have any good tips please share.
I really want to lose this weight, but I always struggle because I don't eat enough and I end up binging.
So please help! Thank you

A. Well, i have been trying to lose 20 lbs for about 3 years now. I was on and off diets and every exercise in the book. I've always been insecure about my weight and I tried to diet and I have tried to be anorexic. Yes, I know it's so bad for you- not only for your mind and body, but i wanted to lose weight so bad. I'm trying to be anorexic again. I found websites and thinspo videos on youtube to be very helpful. I always used to eat well until dinner time and I would major binge. I have never tried being bulimic, because I am also a teen girl and I wouldn't be able to conceal throwing up from my family. If you really feel like taking this road with me, please pick me as the best answer and tell me you want to do this or email me. You know you don't have to, but I think anorexia is the only way for me to lose weight. Just in case you were wondering, I am 5'1 and weigh 125 pounds hoping to be 105 pounds. After I lose that weight I am going to work out a lot so Ibuildd muscle also, I don't want to be weak.

People with eating disorders: What videos would you like to see?
Q. I have a channel on Youtube dedicated to eating disorder awareness and recovery.
www.youtube.com/NoThinspo
What are some videos you would like to see? I have "My Eating Disorder Story," "How to Tell Your Parents You Have an Eating Disorder," "Psychology of Calorie Restriction" (posting this one tonight), and "Tips to Stop Calorie Counting" (posting tonight). Anything else you would like to see?

A. A video that raises awareness that eating disorders can occur at ALL weights- when I was first ill I didn't believe I had an ED because I wasn't thin and so didn't feel able to seek help... I also see it soo many times on here, people believing their not ill because they don't have an anorexic BMI.

Another thing would be some stuff on the binge/purge cycle- some tips on how to break it... and maybe something on why laxatives DON'T work and perhpas the general dangers of all the common behaviours.

Just some ideas- keep up the good work! :)

How to go from a size 12/13 to a size 7/8?
Q. By early May!

I need a workout and food guide, not just "run and drink water". Keep in mind I am younger, and my fitness level is only 40%.

A. You will have to change your diet foremost. Your physique is 80% diet, 10% exercise and 10% genetics. Cut down on the high sugar, high fat and processed foods and replace it will healthier foods along with lots of fruits and veggies. Also reduce food portions, by using smaller plates and sitting down at a table to eat (even if it is just a snack), that way you are more aware of what you eat. However, do not starve yourself. Just replace foods with healthier alternatives. Keeping a food diary will help. As for fitness plans, I agree walking/running is a great start. You can google workout plans and on some websites you can even document it. You can also look into pilates and yoga. Cassie Ho on youtube with Blogilates is by far the best (in my opinion), for free, fun, targeted workout videos (just google Blogilates and you'll find her channel). The main thing is consistency. If you mess up and eat something you should not have do not take the rest of the day off to binge and eat what you want because it will not matter anyway, but just start over and take it from there and remember that it is a journey. You are not going to get results overnight. Good Luck :)
