Q. Well, i am bulimic, but I am wondering if I may be anorexic to. I barely eat anything (on purpose), but then their are 2-3 days out of the week where i binge eat, and then throw i up.
A. yes its bad for you it stops you having periods, lose to much weight and you can lose your teeth and hair and get vitamin C and D then you could develop rickets or knocked knee if you dont understand medicine, its not worth it. and if you throw up you can get bad ulcers in your tummy i have been told.
How can I stop binge eating in the early hours of the night?
Q. I'm trying to loose weight and am a binge eater. I'm finding it particularly hard to stop these cravings at night. It is for sweet food. I am fully awake and know what I'm doing but I can't help myself. I can't eat it fast enough and won't be satisfied until I eat it. I eat 3 healthy meals a day with snacks in-between and have something sweet after tea to satisfy my sweet tooth which seems to work. However, I cannot control myself at night. Please note that I am severly depressed and on medication
A. Hi Katie. I know how hard this can be. Especially at night. I think it is crucial to continue to get help with your depression if you want to stop binge eating once and for all.Our emotional state of being truly effects our cravings when we are binge eaters. Please continue to fight for your health, as am I. and please follow my blogs about binge eating and dieting!! Together we can over come this!!

Does this sound like a good diet and exercise plan?
Q. So i'm 16, 5'2 and 160 pounds. Yes i know i'm fat.
I fell into a deep depression 2 years ago, got kicked out of school and i've been sitting around the house all day everyday eating nothing but junk food since then. I've been suffering from binge eating disorder. I've just got myself a job and i'm getting back on my feet again. I'm starting college in September and i want to lose about 30 - 40 pounds before then.
Now i'm eating more healthily, mostly vegetables, fruits, chicken, brown bread, soup and i will eat red meat 2 days a week. I will drink plenty of water, a cup of coffee in the morning and maybe another 1 or 2 during the day (My coffee is black with 1 sugar) and sometimes a cup of milk before bed. That's probably all i will drink.
I will have 1 day a week (Probably Saturday) where i will eat junk food (Pizza, chocolate, soda, crisps) but i will eat within moderation instead of just eating everything in sight.
I recently joined curves gym, i'm only planning on being there for 4 - 6 months and then i will join a proper gym.
Since i haven't been very active at all in the past 2 years and i'm very overweight, will curves be effective? I'm going 2 - 3 days per week and i'm walking 40 minutes to work and 40 minutes back home 5 days a week. Does that sound like a good exercise plan?
Also does this sound like a good diet/lifestyle change?
