A. You only need to lose about 30-40 lbs actually, to get to a healthy, sexy weight.
Also, you can continue to binge eat, as long as you are eating healthy stuff. When you feel like eating, grab something healthy, like some carrots, or a cucumber. Also, one of the major things that will help you lose this weight, is to only eat fruit in the morning. You can eat as much fruit as you want, as long as you stop 30-45 minutes before lunch. All fruits will be digested through your system and gone within that time.
Also, add in some exercise! Start power walking or jogging for a half hour a day, and the fat will just burn off!

A. around 110-140 is a good weight for you, it also depends on how much your muscles weigh because it weighs more then fat.

A. Stay away from carbs - that means pasta and stuff like that. Stay away from fast food joints. Drink lots of water. Add a little of those hot pepper flakes to your food if you don't mind hot foods. It's said to speed up your metabolism and I've heard that models sometimes do that. Eat grilled foods like chicken and salads with just balsamic vinegar as the dressing. Stay away from mayo and foods cooked in fat or oil. The best thing too, is eat a number of small meals a day rather than 3 big ones. High protein things like turkey can be good. Get some turkey cold cuts and just grab a slice here and there to ward off hunger. And, again, drink lots of water. But, don't overdue. If you drink too much water, you can get yourself sick and pass out because you will dilute important things too much and get an electrolyte imbalance. Also, a hot beverage before a meal helps to curb the appetite. If you go online and just Google in "calories", it will give you sites to go to that tell you calorie counts for things. Actually, my doctor told me about that because I want to lose weight too.
By the way, I think eating 2000 calories a day is a LOT of calories, if you're looking to lose weight.
