should I talk to a doctor if I get very shaky from hypnotherapy?

I am recovering from binge and go to hypnotherapy for it (I go to a weight loss hypnosis session which does help with binge because if gives suggestions to eat less) I have ate less and lost lots of weight, but during hypnosis, I get very shaky. Its more like shivers because I don't think the hypnotist can see it, but it feels as if I'm shaking a lot. Its not that I'm nervous or anything. I know when I'm nervous. I chatter my teeth and avoid eye contact. I'm actually not supposed to be doing hypnotherapy, but my psychologist said since I have minor schizophrenia and on meds which help a lot, it should be safe. Could the shaking be from the schizophrenia? Or something else? If it is schizophrenia, should I stop the sessions? If its something else, what could it be, and should I get tested for it?
