How can I stop myself eating, I seriously can't help myself?
Q. I've been trying and failing to lose weight for years, and lately I've been doing very well. Excercising daily and eating healthy, but I keep binge eating before I go to bed, please help. Xx

A. Hi, I also suffer from binge eating :( I know this is kind of weird but I was wondering if maybe we could e-mail each other tips and once we get to know each other maybe exchange numbers and text when we feel like we are about to binge? I know this sounds kind of creepy, but I promise, I actually am interested. If you are too just e-mail me at dana_joey@yahoo.com
If you don't want to, here are some tips. . .
What I do is make a huge jug of tea (normally in a container that holds 8-12 cups) if I want to eat I make tea and tell myself that I need to drink all of it before I can eat anything. By the time I'm done i'm normally full + it has given me time to think about how sad I will be after I eat.

Can anyone help me with a bulimic diet plan?
Q. Hey everyone. I'm bulimic (sometimes through vomiting, sometimes through fasting or restriction). I keep binge eating so much I am losing control and it's literally controlling every aspect of my life. I've tried therapy, I've tried every diet possible, etc. I can't go to the treatment center right now due to insurance reasons.
Please, if anyone could give me a diet plan to help with bulimia and bingeing that would be appreciated.

A. The best foods are ones that keep you either fullest for longer, eg. three meals a day or six smaller meals throughout the day, decide which one will keep you sated the longest, to avoid binging.

Breakfast - Porridge or a wholemeal bagel with a boiled egg. Eat lots of fruit if not full.
Lunch - Thick Soup with a crusty roll. Natural yoghurt. Fruit.
Cereal bar for snacks. Thick smoothies.
Dinner - Whatever feels most comfortbale for you, but keep it healthy to a degree so if binging does occur, you can at least be consuming something healthy.
