What are some health issues relating to eating disorders?

Q. What are some of the health problems associated with anorexia nervosa, bulimia nervosa, and binge-eating disorder? Explain, from a physiological standpoint, how eating disorders may lead to health problems. Give at least three examples to support your answer.

A. Well one is that bulmia (forcing yourself to throw up) causes you to loose cells in your stomache that are used to fight off disease and infection. Anorexia can cause you heart to fail from lack of energy.
Thats all i know off the top of my head but a simple google search might give you a much more scientific, useful anser! :) Good Luck!

How do you get overcome emotional eating?
Q. I really struggle with binge eating even though I know a lot about health and eat well. Generally when night time hits for one reason or another I stuff my face. I don't know how to stop, it makes me feel horrible about myself. In the past year I have gained twenty pounds and gone from 135 to 155. This needs to stop!
Sorry about the funny wording in the question, it was accident.

A. You do NOT need to see a doctor! People who have the answer 'doctor' to anything like this are insane. I do the same thing. You've just got to do something to keep you occupied. Do something like, 'No eating for me after 8pm' OR else I HAVE to tell my friends I can't go out with them or I can't go to Target to get this or that. However you choose to handle it, you need the support of your friends / family, or it won't work. You also need to be optimistic.

hope this helped
