Q. I'm at a healthy weight right now, but recently I just cannot stop binge eating on sweets (mostly chocolate chip cookies, pancakes, waffles, and deli wraps - all fatty food by the way) late at night. It's scary because sometimes they add up to more than 2500 calories, just from a single binge. How can I keep from gaining weight from episodes of binge eating? Working out for 2 hours a day?
A. You would have to work out a lot more that 2 hours a day.
Making your body process all that sugar and carbs and fat and crap..............all the working out in the world isn't going to help your arteries and liver and pancreas with processing that crap.
Just stop binging!!!STOP IT!!!!!

How do I stop my binge eating habit?
Q. I have a problem with binge eating junk food.
When it comes to meals, like pasta or meat, I don't have a problem eating the right amount, but when I try to eat just a bit of desserts or chips and stuff like that I can't stop.
I'm not huge, i'm 155 pounds, but i'm afraid that I'll go down the path of obesity if I don't fix this.
Do you guys have any tips?

A. I have the same problem too!
I heard if you eat a 100 calorie piece of dark chocolate every day it helps curb your craving for salty and sweet food, making you eat less of it. I've also heard if you eat peppermint right after dinner it curbs your appetite and you'll eat less dessert. I'm going to try the peppermint thing soon, since it's got less calories than the chocolate. It's good to indulge every once in a while. One day of overeating won't cause you to gain more weight. It's only if you do it all the time.
You could google home remedies of ways to curb your appetite so you don't binge eat junk food (just don't do it with the rest of the foods you eat if you don't have a problem with them :P)

How to control binge eating and lose weight?
Q. How to control Binge eating when my mind just tries to justify it?
I tell myself oh it's ok not a big deal but it really it. Chocolate takis chips and such is not healthy food at all. Also how to lose 10 more pounds? I'm 130 at 5'3" and I want to weigh 120

A. The way to control binge eating is to understand your cravings. It's usually because you're diet is so strict that your body actually starts screaming for a vacation. Say to yourself "it's ok that I want chocolate chip cookies, it's ok that I want cheesecake" or whatever it might be. The sooner you do that, the sooner you will come face to face with it and realize that it's not actually big deal that you want it. One thing that works is literally letting yourself go crazy once or twice a week. If you are doing both diet and exercise, it won't be a big deal. If not, I would strongly sugess adding both to your routine.
Loosing ten more pounds - doing high intensity exercises for 3, 10 minute intervals will help get rid of those pounds. jumping rope, sprint intervals at the track, some kind of "more intense than usual" cardio will do it
