Q. We all know alcohol is probably the worst thing while on a diet but being in college it's tough to avoid.
I already plan on drinking miller chill which only has 100 calories per bottle, drinking a bunch of water before bed and not binge eating once I get home. Is there anything else I could do to minimize weight gain while drinking?

A. No. I think you have to stop drinking. I don't know if you are an addict or you just drink once in awhile, but I want to let you know that if you drink to mutch all the time your kidneys can fail. I'm only telling you because my dad drank alot and his kidneys might fail and he may die soon. So when ever I hear someone that's drinking I get scarred for them. I hope I helped you alittle at least
How do you make yourself throw up?
Q. I'm hideously fat, addicted to binge eating and want to get skinny. Anorexia is too hard for me, hence the being addicted to binge eating. I try to throw up, but I just can't. What are some ways to make yourself throw up? And i DONT WANT people saying I shouldn't become bulimic.
A. OK, fist you really shouldn't do it because being bulimic makes you lose your hair and your teeth, if being overweight or at a weight where you don't feel comfortable losing your hair or even your teeth will be worst, your teeth will get loose and it's not gonna be possible for you to eat anymore.
Think about your health.
But i know you don't want to hear don't do it or this and that, if you want to throw up try sticking your fingers down your throat or a tooth brush, it used to help me. I did that for a couple years and trust me you lose weight fast but it's not worth it you can die from it.
Or become very ill, but i can't stop you, hopefully you find a better healthier way to lose weight.(You can also try a mixture of like milk and hot sauce and all kinds of stuff to make it really gross and trust me you will throw up!) Good luck & take care =)

How do I control my binge-eating?
Q. i've been dying to lose weight for the longest time, but i can't seem to control my eating habits. usually i can control myself during breakfast and lunch time, but by dinner, i turn into a wild animal. it feels like my stomach has a mind of it's own. i eat and and eat and EAT, and don't even really think about how much i'm eating until after the binge is over, when i feel horrible about myself. it feels like i've tried almost every trick there is to control myself, but nothing has worked for me.
i think i know what caused my binge-eating, because i used to get bullied really badly in 4th and 5th grade (i'm in 7th grade now by the way), and i don't really have a good life at home, so i guess i just turned to food to deal with my problems. (i started eating a lot more towards the end of 4th grade, and i put on a lot more weight in 5th grade).
there's really not anybody that can help me, because my parents refuse to admit i have a problem (i've told them that i'm not happy with my eating habits, but they usually just say things like "rachel a lot of teenagers eat a lot, it's no big deal", or they get mad, or they just laugh), and my brother and sister wouldn't help me either, they'd probably just make fun of me for it.
so what do i do? any tips or ideas? i'm desperate!!! please!!!!

A. Try intermittent fasting. It's the real deal. You fast for a certain period of time and can only eat food during your eating window. During the fast you can only drink water. For example some people use intermittent fasting in a 16 hour fast and 8 hour eating window. Not only will this deal with your cravings for food but it actually expands human growth hormone and helps build muscle tissue. You have to build your eating schedule so you won't eat 3 hours before bedtime (to expand human growth hormone and stop cravings). You can also build a caloric deficit in intermittent fasting and stop cravings for fat and sugary snacks which help a lot in losing weight! Combine this with exercise and you will be shedding pounds.
