How do you lose the bulge at the belly?

Q. I want to know a way to lose this fats at my belly.

A. There is no way to lose weight or target one area of your body if you lose weight you lose weight all around your body.

First lets check out if your really fat, I want you to try to fill out this body mass index calculator

http://www.cdc.gov/nccdphp/dnpa/bmi/adult_BMI/english_bmi_calculator/bmi_calculator.htm

An average adult needs 2000 calories a day. Eat whatever you want but count your calories. It is best to keep your calorie intake at 500 but do indulge on weekends making it 1000. You will be surprised at how much you can still eat though you are counting them calories! Also, drink lotsa water!

Go back to 2000 calories (Not excessively if you want to maintain it!) when you get to your ideal weight...

You have to want to lose the weight and be able to stick with the diet. I've been on a diet for the past month. I've drank nothing but water (except for an occasional drink on the weekend), I make sure I eat a Kellogs Bar for breakfast and lunch, and dinner I eat something healthy (small portions). I work out every day. The Thighmaster has helped me tremendously. It just depends on what your problem areas are. Mine are my stomach, legs and arms. I do 200 crunches every night and other stomach exercises, along with my Thighmaster. It's difficult at the beginning, but once you start seeing results, you'll push yourself even harder to get to where you want to be weight wise. Good Luck!

P.S.
Don't weigh yourself everday! That will just discourage you. You can tell your weight loss by your clothes!

Tips for losing weight:
1) Drink lots of water everyday
2) Weight training every other day just enough to tone up. Don't do heavy lifting, but work your major muscle groups!
3) Cardio everyday starting with 30 mins and work up to an hour. Running is best, but you can start out walking and then move to a combo until you reach running.\
4) Start cutting out unhealthy eating habits. Avoid or reduce sauces and dressings that are loaded with calories. Have dessert just once a week as a special treat. Switch to whole grains! Load up on vegetables and fruit and uses spices and herbs to create new tastes and flavors to enhance foods you normally don't enjoy.
5) Don't make excuses. Put up a photo of yourself on your refrigerator to remind you of your goal. Get a friend to support you.

Tip: If your gonna binge, binge healthy I get a gallon Diet Green Tea (Turkey Hill) and drink it, it doesnât even taste like diet and it flushes your whole body, and try to have dry fruit next your desk!

I really messed up my diet just now after all my work, help?
Q. I had taco bell yest and swore id follow my diet again. Today i started with 2 egg whites and 2 whole grain bread pieces plain then i smoked some herb and got realllly hungry. I ate 2 pop tarts, half a bag of lays, 1 chewy bar. a slice of cheese, and 3 pasteries. i regret it, i took 3 laxitives, 2alli pills and drinking green tea with benefiber in it, good idea?

A. YOU BINGED. IT HAPPENS. ACCEPT IT AND GET BACK ON TRACK. ITS POSSIBLE, YOUR BODY IS GETTING DEPRIVED OF CERTAIN THINGS, IE. CARBOHYDRATES, PROTEINS, HEALTH FATS. RUN THROUGH YOUR DIET AND LOOK FOR ANY FLAWS, THIS USUALLY CAUSES A BINGE. ALSO, LAY OFF THE HERB IF IT GIVES YOU THE MUNCHIES. NOT A TIME TO SMOKE IF YOUR DIETING.

which is better for losing weight grapefruit or orange?
Q. and don't start talking about acai berry and colone cleanse or whatever cause i don't care!!!!
if u have some NEW weight losing tips other then drink water, eat 6 times blablabla i'll apreciate it too

A. Grapefruit juice. You can consume a lot more that way. As long as it's not all you're doing, there are lots of ways to enhance weight loss.

Don't deny your body what it Needs, just the things it Wants that are unhealthy. It takes 28 days to break bad habits, so keep a calendar with crossed off days so you know your progress towards breaking your bad cycles once you start a healthier lifestyle. If you deny it the right amount of protein, it will just chew on the good parts like the muscle you have and your brain, so eat lean protein and lots of it.

Don't skimp on taste! Salt will make you keep water weight on, but there are lots of things like fruit juices for tang and sweetness, tons of herbs, and other low sodium options you can use to keep taste up. Once you break the salt habit and the sugar habit, you'll taste food a million times better too!

Mix up your excercise routine. If you do the same thing every time your body will get used to it and you'll burn less calories. Walk one day, stair climb the next, work with weights (even if they're milk jugs) the next time. Take an active class, do a new sporty hobby, whatever you can. It will also keep you from getting bored, and boredom kills diets.

Try new foods! Get cookbooks or go to really healthy restaraunts and try new things, just implement lots of veggies and fruits. Watch those additives, and eating can become a whole new experience.

Don't sit at home where the food is, get busy, but always take healthy snacks so you're not tempted to stray from improving your habits.

Allow yourself dessert. Just make sure it's small if it's bad for you, or something good for you like fruit, and just do it after you've eaten something good for you.

I like the justification technique. I can justify some super buttery mashed potatoes if I've eaten something really good for me first, like a great big salad, or a fruit squishy or some salmon. Then my belly is full from low calories, my vitamins have been checked on the list, and I can't eat as much of the indulgent stuff because I get full faster, but still enjoy it and get satisfied. Plus, I appreciate those fattening treats more, and I don't binge on them because my body lets me know I'm satisfied and done.

Whatever you do to lose weight, try to enjoy it. The only way you'll ever keep it off is if you change your lifestyle. Pace yourself and always be finding new ways to add to your overall health, and don't despair when it doesn't just disappear. Everyone is different, and you'll get to a healthy maintainable weight if you eat the right amount of calories from the right foods and get regular exercise you don't hate. Good luck!
