How do you keep your motivation?

Q. I'm starting to lose my motivation and I'm scared I'm going to start binge eating! I've been eating healthy all day - and I don't want to start ruining it all now. How do you keep your motivation and say no to binge eating and stop from going through all the cupboards?

Thankyou in advance! :)

A. I have super strange ways to stop myself from eating so they may not work for you!
-After I eat I brush my teeth right after.. I have no clue why but it makes my cravings go away.
-I always have a glass of cold water next to me and whenever I think of snaking I just drink.
-Getting up early and doing something productive like cleaning up my room or making my bed helps.. i have no clue why!
-Music is a huge distraction for me.

How can I tell my mom about my binge eating disorder?
Q. I really want help with this and I've been looking stuff up online about it, but I'd like help from a professional so I don't start yo-yo dieting or making my binge eating worse. How can I tell my mom without her just thinking I want attention?

A. I understand what this is like. I have gone from anorexic, to bulimic, to binge eating. Its awful! Its really comendable that you are willing to ask for help. It took me atleast 5 years to get to that point!! The faster you go to a proffessional, the faster you can move on with your life. I dont know how someone could get over it on their own. Just tell your mom you feel like your eating is really out of control, and talking to her is something that was really hard to build up the courage to do. Tell her that you want to get help before it gets worse, because truthfully, the longer you leave an eating disorder, the harder it gets to see any life outside of your disorder. Explain to her how you feel, and what brought you to the point of wanting to seek help. binge eating is just as serious and unhealthy as any eating disorder.
Im sure she will understand and want to help you!! If she doesent, go see a doctor and they will send you to the right person

Good luck!!

How much do women care about stretch marks on a guy?
Q. I know women are always complaining about their stretch marks. So that tells me they dislike theirs. But how do they feel about them on a guy?

I had to lift weights for a year and every day after a session I got new stretch marks, My trapezius muscles, shoulder and chest are all covered with stretch marks some of them are 5-6 inches long. All together I probably have 40-50 stretch marks in my chest and shoulder area. I get new ones every day just from doing push ups.

I plan on getting them lasered pretty soon.

I also gained some stretch marks on my stomach because I started binge eating and gained 3 inches in about 3 weeks. The inches are gone now but that really stretched my skin.

Would some women not date a nice guy that is an athlete but is covered in stretch marks?

I'm a boxer and I also feel very self conscious about it because I have to fight without a shirt and I'm always getting photo shopped in posters.

I am also very self conscious about being in bed with a women and having her head on my chest or her moving her hands around my chest/shoulder area.

some help?

thank you.

A. That's what you get for taking so much Dianabol.

I was 250 lbs., all muscle, as my fans used to say, and I never got any stretch marks, and I would put on 6 pounds of muscle a week. All that water retention from sh*tty kinds of steroids is what gave you the stretch marks, not the training, not gaining muscle, but all that excessive and unnecessary water. You need to get a better supplier and get better roids. Either that or just stick to the Cheque Drops.
