How come the fat around my stomach aint coming off?

Q. Ive quit binge eating, ive only been drinking water, ive been exercising 30 mins a day,everyday,ive been doing this for over a month now, and the fat doesnt seem to be coming off my stomach.Why is this?

A. The reason you aren't losing fat around your stomach is probably because you are only doing cardio. When you do cardio (walking, running, biking, ect) you make everything proportionally smaller. For example, if you are shaped like an apple, (large middle, smaller legs) and you do cardio, you will only become a smaller apple shape. That means your legs will get smaller, your stomach will get smaller, your arms will get smaller, but they will look the same proportion. You need to do weight training on the areas that you want to change, there are plenty of exercises that you can to that focus on the stomach. Try looking some exercises up online... but a good one I use is going to the gym and they have a stand that you can do sit ups on but it looks like this... \... your legs are at the top and your head is at the bottom, your head is lower than your body. Then you hold a weight and do a few sets of 8-10 reps. You will start to build muscle, and the muscle will burn the fat on your stomach as you exercise and even while you are resting. If you stay committed to including weight training, you WILL see results.. I promise!!!

How do you get skinny without dieting?
Q. I tried the dieting before, and after only a week I'd binge eat like crazy. I NEED to eat real food. I know portion control is key, but I never know how much is too much, so sometimes I'll eat too much or too little.

A. dont diet make a LIFESTYLE change!!!!!!!!!!!! Everyone with a nice body give up something ice cream, fries or whatever. u need to realize what u really want out of urself and do whatever it takes to get there.

to lose weight u need to eat right and have a workout plan 5-6 days a week.u have to want it.
***try this u need to change ur diet.
eat six times a day. ea of ur 3 main meals needs to combine a lean protein such as chicken breast ground turkey turkey bacon egg whts also combine that with a complex carb such as a baked potato or sweet potato wild rice brown rice oatmeal or girts. also add fresh fruit and vegies to lunch and dinner. pick fruits low in sugar like pears and berries. if u get canned vegies get ones with low sodium. eat every 3-4 hrs keep ur metablism moving.
***also the most important part is WATER drink at least 64oz. no soda or juice. water will curve ur cravings.
u need to hit cardio 3-4 times a week running outside it great workout if u can hit a gym and cardio machine is great at least 30mins***
also add weight/strength training 3 times a week.u can google free weight traning guides anywhere. its not hard to find things for free.
***plan ur meals ahead of time.always have a healthy snack with u so u wont be tempted to eat fast food. also if u wait to late to eat u will get so hungry u will eat the world. make time to work out start out with 30 mins then increase.its ur body treat it right. ur diet alone can help lose weight but working out makes ur body look good. shows muscles and tight skin which is sexy and beautful. stick with it ur body will amaze u!!! to be healthy and look great u need both in ur life. good luck email me if u have further

How can i stop eating and lose ths weight?
Q. I have a problem. I have been binger eating for the past 8 months. I have put on 40 lbs. Im about 190 now and im 5'5 1/2. im 19 years oId. I want to lose 70 lbs by august. What's the best way to lose this weight? And also, how can i stop binge eating?

A. Exercise and willpower. Join the gym and actully use your membership.
As for the binge eating, buy rice cakes and eat them for snacks instread of other things. They make you feel very full, whilst they only contain 31 calories per cake!!!!! Make sure that the rice cakes consist of brown rice though-it has more nutritional value!
