I have been struggling with eating disorders for a while i first had anerxia then about a couple years later i now constantly binge eat (emothional eating) and i want to know what is the best diet that i should go on so i dont get to obsessed with losing weight and food but i lose about 10 punds and stop binge eating?

How to keep the weight off even if I binge eat?
Q. I'm at a healthy weight right now, but recently I just cannot stop binge eating on sweets (mostly chocolate chip cookies, pancakes, waffles, and deli wraps - all fatty food by the way) late at night. It's scary because sometimes they add up to more than 2500 calories, just from a single binge. How can I keep from gaining weight from episodes of binge eating? Working out for 2 hours a day?
A. You would have to work out a lot more that 2 hours a day.
Making your body process all that sugar and carbs and fat and crap..............all the working out in the world isn't going to help your arteries and liver and pancreas with processing that crap.
Just stop binging!!!STOP IT!!!!!

Q. What is Binge eating? What organs does it affect, and what are their actions?
A. Binge eating is force-feeding yourself until you can't anymore. It is a mental disorder, but causes severe internal damage over time. First of all it damages the eosophagus (food-pipe), and well as overloads pretty much every part of the digestive system (stomach, liver, intestines etc). I'm not mentioning the weight gain.
