Q. All healthy foods. I don't like to eat big meals and if I space them out too much i binge eat. Is there a problem with eating so often?
Is 2000 calories too much to eat?

A. Lee - Interesting theory.
BTW by my math 150 calories every two hours over 12 hours equals 900 calories.
It is recommended to have a good breakfast every morning to kick start the daily metabolic burn.
Some eggs, oatmeal, a high fiber low sugar breakfast cereal.
Maybe a 150 calorie snack after two hours. Try to make lunch the biggest meal of the day. It is when our metabolism is at the highest level.
Another 150 snack. Dinner no more than two hours before bedtime.
Maybe some air popped or popcorn cooked in canola oil as a final snack. High fiber, filling, low calorie.
No microwave crap.
I don't think you can get enough of the essential energy and nutrients you need from a diet of just 150 calorie foods.
Depending on your age and activity level the absolute basic healthy intake for a female is 1500 calories per day.

How to control binge eating and lose weight around 10/5 kewl mmmmmewmmmmmmmmmz?
Q. How to control Binge eating when my mind just tries to justify it?
I tell myself oh it's ok not a big deal but it really it. Chocolate takis chips and such is not healthy food at all. I start to overeat whenever my husband goes out with his friends at night and I'm watching movies by myself and feeling lonely I guess. Also how to lose 10 more pounds? I'm 130 at 5'3" and I want to weigh 120

A. How about instead of eating junk food replace it with fruits and veggies or sugar free stuff, like yogurt, jello, pudding. And dont buy the bad stuff then you won't eat it.
And to lose 10 more pounds I'd say work out harder, maybe do a couple extra workouts.
Or eat less, try not to eat cheese, milk, or bread. You'll lose those 10 pounds.

How to stop compulsive eating on a binge?
Q. How to stop compulsive eating. I try eating helathy for like 4 days eating a little junk food in monderation, and healthy foods and portions. and limiting prossesed refined crap, and then the next day i can't help but binge eat. and i end up gaining weight. any stratagies?

A. We have the same problem but what I did is get rid of those junk foods and changed it into fruits so that if I really felt that I wanted to eat/snack then I have no choice but to eat the fruits and count the calories that you take, avoid sweets.
