Poll: Who's chicken is better, Popeyes or KFC?

Q. I say KFC, I love their grilled chicken. Every other 3 days my grandpa comes home with some popeyes chicken. I can't STAND! popeyes chicken. Every time I eat pp's chicken I either have diarrhea or my stomach gets cramps. So, since he loves pp's so much there's no use in convincing him to order from KFC. My mom buys it on occasions. I hate popeyes so much. I don't even know why I'm eating there rice and beans right now. On top of that I can't stand eating beans. But this will be the last thing I eat for the rest of this week and next week. BEcause I gained 13 lbs. I'm 15 and I'm 5'4 I weigh like 163 now. So, I either stop eating for 3 weeks or buy some hydroxycut and lose weight.

A. I looove Popeyes, and after reading all those urban legends on KFC... I gotta say Popeyes.

I know this isn't what you asked for, but starving yourself isn't gonna help. Your more likely to binge when hungry, and your metabolism slows down like hell. Eat lots of healthy, filling foods and get at least 60 minutes of physical activity a day. Those drugs just kinda screw up with your hormones.

Drunken food binge... what would one call this ?
Q. So every time i go out clubbing - i f*cking wake up in the morning.. thinking oh yeah.. sweet still got cash in my wallet.. then i look online at my bank statement.. and there'll be like 20 fcking dollars spent on mcdonalds lol. Happens EVERY.FCKING.TIME.. getting sick of it actually.. pizza too.. spent 20 bucks on pizza last night...

is there a term for this food binge lol? tried urban dictionary but ceebs. lol

every time i try to diet i can't get past the first 2 days!!!! I don't know what to do!!!?
Q. i am slightly overweight so every time i try to diet i am fine the first day but after that i lose all self-control. i then find myself with an empty bag of chips, a can of pop and a plate of oreos, it is so frustrating and i have no clue what to do. I am really trying to become healthier so i am trying to incorporate diet and exercise into my everyday life but it is so hard. Any tips?? Also i have heard that eating for your blood type is a good way to lose weight is that true or just an urban myth. All answers are greatly appreciated thanks in advance!!
i agree that eliminating junk food would help but i live at home with my parents and skinny siblings so it is not possible to get rid of it. I have asked my mom to stop buying junk but, although she tries to decrease the amount it is still there.

A. dont keep junk food in the house.
know what causes you to binge. is it boredom, depressed, tv, etc?
