If someone eats all the time and randomly stops eating can it effect them faster?

Q. So, I Eat all the time, and everyday, basically, no joke, and i feel fat, and i've thought about trying to stop eating some, but i'm afraid if i stop eating like i normally do, i might get a disorder! Not to be all, selfish or anything, but I don't want one, i need some answers, to be safe.. please?

A. No one wants an eating disorder. I had bulimia for 4 years and anorexia for over a year (not sure when it started exactly considering I tried starvation every once in a while before i started doing it almost daily) so you're not being selfish. Recovery sucks.

If you stop, then start, then stop then start, you're going to get into yo-yo dieting. That's never good. That basically means you're going to lose the weight then gain it back (if not more of it, by the way). Drink lots of water. Keep a food journal (if you write down what you'll eat/how much of it right before eating, you'll know to limit yourself to that much but make sure you don't deprive yourself of the daily calories/carbs). Exercise and do some yoga. By eating a lot you could develop Binge Eating, which is just as bad.

Good luck!
PS: I posted 2 websites in the source for exercise and yoga in case you needed it.

How do you beat bulimia without getting fat?
Q. i dont really have bulimia cuz i dont binge and purge but i eat and then purge. i eat normal meals and an adequate amount of calories besides, how can i make sure i dont gain weight when i stop purging?
i think i have a really slow metabolism too so can you give me tips on enhancing that too?

A. Try having a balanced 800 calorie meal plan. Eat it for a few days, and every 4 or 5 days add 100 calories to it.
Walk for 1/2 an hour a day, moderate-fast pace. If you can jog, then jog.
Do yoga or pilates so that any weight gain is in muscle rather than fat.

No one with an ED could gain weight of 800 cals. Feel bad, maybe, but not gain. It takes your body a few days to get used to it, so increase it every few days.

Good luck!

How do you stop binge eating?
Q. I'm a 17 year old female. I recently lost weight. I was 140 and now I am 115. I did it the healthy way. I eat healthy and I run and do yoga. But recently I get these junk food cravings and I go over the top with eating them. I start out saying I'm going to just eat 1 but then I eat more and more. Help me!

A. Lol...I honeslty sympathise with your situation. It runs in my family. I used to snack obsessively even though I kept saying 'It wont hurt to have one more'. I could never stop myself.

The best thing you can honeslty do is talk it out with other people, and especially do not watch romantic movies lol. My sister said that was the best tip I could give.

If you want to talk to some other people that can probably help better then try this website:

http://weightloss24.net/

This site has loads of free tips and you can talk to loads of people there. They can really get behind the pscychological problems aswell which are the main causes for binge eating.

I hope this helps...
